The guide is a source of alternative words for genral words like 'move,' 'watched' and 'looked'. The guide also provide alternative ideas for different moods. Words useful for cliffhangers. Words to bestow fear. Romantic words that paint a romantic picture. Ideal to download as an e-book, the guide is a great source of reference material useful to keep on a lap top. Easily accessible when writing your fiction or non-fiction work. Written in a jockund style, simplistic to follow yet creative I have resourced fantastical words to save you the time and effort. As Mark Twain once said. Use "Use the right word, not its second cousin!"

Why I write and my experience...

I live to read and am currently reading the Jack Grimwood collection. My goal with my writing guides is to bring out the best in writers. From the margins of almost invisible success can spring an intact confidence to impart great writings. I can tell you without hesitation that the hardest part of a writer’s job is sitting down to do the work. Books don’t write themselves, after all. You have to invest everything you are into creating an important piece of work and Authors' Vital Words will help the budding author on his or her new road. Create, create, create. He watched, she looked repeated over and over again will bore yourself to death. Not only the audience. He peered, she regarded warily describe emotions with more clout. He croaked instead of he said tells you more about the character. She hissed instead of she said tells us her mood. If for years you have dreamed of being an author. For years, believed you have important things to write, that the world needs to hear, hard work is the key. With a little help from reference guides like Authors' Vital Words.
